Effortless property management, powered by Elia AI

Elia reads your buildings, briefs you every morning, and files the work — after you approve it. Compliance and bank-connected financials come built in.

The part of the job you
shouldn't have to do

Elia is built into every page. Ask it anything about your portfolio and it answers from your own records — never from a general model's guesswork. Ask it to do something and it writes nothing until you press Confirm.

It answers from your data

Rent owed, open tickets, vacancies, lease terms, city violations. Six specialists sit behind one chat box, and each answer is limited to the buildings you have access to.

It acts only on your say-so

Elia can open, assign and close tickets, add units and add tenants. Every one arrives as a card describing exactly what it will do, and your permissions are re-checked the moment you confirm.

Onboarding

Your portfolio, built from lease PDFs

Select every lease you have and Elia reads them one by one. It pulls the unit number, floor, tenant name, contact details, rent, deposit and lease dates out of each document — then creates the unit and the tenant for you. Units it already knows are updated instead of duplicated.

Units and tenants, created for you

A lease for a unit that does not exist yet creates it, occupied, on the right floor, with the lease end date set. Tenants are added from the same document — and skipped where a unit already has them, so running an import twice never duplicates a person.

Then the lease stays useful

Every imported document is searchable afterwards. Ask Elia what a lease says about pets, subletting or the deposit and it answers from that file, citing it — rather than from a general model’s guesswork.

Import writes directly today. A review step — every extracted row shown for approval before anything is saved — is what we are building next.

What ProperHub does today

A tenant text message becoming a maintenance ticket tagged
Tenants just text

No app to download, no portal login. Tenants text the building's number, Elia asks the follow-up questions a good super would ask, and the ticket lands typed and prioritised.

An Elia action card reading
Nothing happens without Confirm

Every write Elia proposes shows up as a card in plain English. Dismiss it and nothing is touched. Confirm it and your real permissions are checked again before anything is saved.

NYC compliance, built in

DOB, HPD and ECB records sync from NYC Open Data nightly against your BIN and BBL. Correct-by dates surface in the briefing while there is still time to act on them.

Bank-connected financials

Link your accounts through Plaid and read cash position, spending and arrears from the actual bank feed — read-only, with encrypted tokens. No spreadsheet re-keying.

Renewals you see coming

Once lease dates are in, the Units page flags what expires inside 60 days and which occupied units are missing terms entirely. Computed from your own data, not an AI call.

Financials

Numbers straight from the bank feed

Connect your accounts once through Plaid. ProperHub reads balances and transactions directly, so cash position, spending and arrears are the real figures rather than something typed in last month.

Ask Elia, in plain English

"How much cash do we have?" "What did we spend on plumbing this year?" "Who is behind on rent?" Elia reads the same bank data and tells you when a figure is incomplete instead of guessing.
